**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are looking for a Training Regional Coordinator to manage the Training function at our contact center in Lima, Perú. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all training activities of our external Training Team in our local vendor from managing to designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs for Onboarding and Continuous Training locally.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Coordinate and manage our external Training team in our contact center in Perú, Lima.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records for all training activities from Onboarding to Continuous Training.
- Manage and maintain Glovo´s LMS for local audiences
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Manage vendor training roadmap according to Glovo´s Live Ops priorities
- Conduct Train The Trainer Training sessions for local Training Specialists.
- Validate and certify new local Training Specialist
- Manage/bridge all training-related communications between external providers and HQ Training & Managers.
- Conduct on-site Training Audits to assess process adherence from local training teams.
- Gather feedback from local Training teams on Training materials, knowledge base content, and processes and procedures.
- Perform Training Needs analysis and identify gaps in current performance, skills, processes & knowledge across Glovo services/hubs in scope.
- Identify trends through performance data (in partnership with LO Managers & Quality) to inform priorities/action plans.
- Ensure alignment and smooth communication between Training, Quality Operations, and workforce management regional teams.
- Monitor, manage & optimize training costs through effective planning, tracking, and optimization of hours.
- Review and evaluate local training activities during regular business reviews such as WBR, MBR, and QBR along with operations managers.
- Monitor local Training updates according to specific market processes and procedures
- Coordinate the launch of new vendor´s contact centers including delivering train the trainer on-site for local trainers

**You have**:

- 2-3 years of Training experience in similar/same position
- Spanish Native level as you will be working with our spanish speaking vendor on a daily basis.
- English C1 level as training sessions and Train The Trainer may be conducted in English.
- Proficient in Google tools and Office (esp. Slide and Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset.
- Proficient in learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms.
- Be familiar with traditional and modern interactive learning methodologies and learning activities.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and facilitating skills to deliver Training sessions and to ensure proficient communication with different stakeholders.
- Availability to travel 25% of the working time to conduct Training audits in our Hubs.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of business goals, KPIs and metrics for customer service.
- Being able to identify Training needs according to KPIs and performance.
- Be able to evaluate training performance to determine if training is meeting business needs.
- Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
