The role of Regional Sales Manager, South America will report to Sr. Regional Sales Manager, LatAm, who reports to the Sr. Director International Sales, HemoCue.

The Regional Sales Manager is field sales role with the following responsibilities: Meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets in the region, by developing/executing growth plans in partnership with our distributors. The ambition is to grow the business by 10% per year for the next 5 years. The tools to deliver this growth are: 1) Expanding the business through our distributors, particularly within diabetes in the POL/primary care segment; 2) Collaborating with HemoCue Corporate to build effective campaigns obtaining market access for new additions to the HemoCue product lines, e.g. HbA1c; 3) Regular customer meetings (co-visits) to offer expertise to drive the sales process; 4) Manage and drive opportunity funnel to achieve desired unit targets. A deep interest in markets and competitor activities in the region is necessary.

Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
