Estamos buscando un(a) Customer Operations Intelligence Intern.
- Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
Ubicación: El Salvador
Descripción del proyecto: Encargado del desarrollo interno de Customer Experience en Tigo Life, utilizando el lenguaje de programación PHP.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Análisis de nuevos requerimientos.- Diseño y planificación del desarrollo de sistemas orientados a optimizar la productividad en los frentes de atención.- Creación de reportes personalizados.
Requisitos:
Conocimientos sólidos en:
- Dominio de lenguajes de programación (Paradigmas: Estructurados, Orientado a Objetos, etc.) de preferencia PHP.- Conocimiento de lenguajes front-end (HTML, CSS y JS).- ️ Conocimientos de frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Codeigniter).- ️ Bases de Datos (Oracle, MySQL) y lenguaje de consultas estructurado (PL/SQL).
