**ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (ASA)**
PPS is a company that provides numerous off-shore services to our stateside affiliates (law firms). It specializes in offering workforce solutions backed by strong technological systems and a team focused on helping the final client. We focus on providing pre-litigation and discovery assistance in the form of case progression analysis and documentary support.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Interacting with many different people over the phone; therefore, building cooperative relationships with our targets will be essential. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining different scenarios, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Maintaining our clients’ database up-to-date by making all the necessary changes to the information and status.
Troubleshooting and solving problems with our team. Correctly engaging in the litigation process by learning, following and improving protocols and processes.
Making outbound and inbound calls to gather necessary information and documents needed to properly prove up a case.
Analyzing data, investigating problems and determining solutions. Day-to-day support, issue resolution, escalation and reporting, as well as focusing on helping the client as much as needed.
Collaborating cross-functionally within all levels of the organization and advocate for external and internal teams.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Excellent English skills (advance or native) - Proficient skills in both spoken and written (qualifier).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Raw Confidence - You will be interacting with highly-educated and interesting clients.
Fast-learning skills - You will be handling several campaigns across different platforms of varying scopes.
Highly organizing and analytical skills - Being a self-starter and proactive problem solver individual is a must.
Adaptability to multi-cultural working environments.
Service and commitment/results driven attitude
Ability to give and receive feedback.
Proactiveness and responsibility
Availability to work on-site. Remote work is NOT an option - We have a strict COVID protocol in place for everyone’s safety.
Flexibility to cover different starting shifts - We range from 6am-to 9am shifts.
Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Litify knowledge is a plus.
