**Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, video-sharing, social media, or streaming platforms.
- Background or strong network in working with influencers, celebrities, or within the live streaming ecosystem.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Quick learner with a strong interest in the live streaming or tech industry.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
- Strong communication and talent-sourcing skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the recruitment of new agencies and hosts through various digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and maintain effective feedback channels between the platform and agencies.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with agency partners.
- Oversee the training and performance management of agencies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for agencies supplying live-streaming talent.
- Provide operational support and incentives to encourage agencies to recruit high-quality streamers across diverse content categories.
- Contribute to the development and revision of agency management policies by offering informed recommendations.
- Ensure agencies are regularly updated with the latest platform news, policies, and opportunities.
