Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for Finance Lead, Deliver located at Paranaque, Philippines.
The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. They analyze data and report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement plans to realize cost-saving opportunities. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.
The Finance Lead, Deliver role will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain. They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. This role requires an individual who is able to communicate effectively, lead a team, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.

**What You Will Do**
The Finance Lead, Deliver may be responsible for the following:
General Responsibilities***
- Perform monthly and quarterly close activities
- Lead financial forecasting and ensuring clear understanding of results vs plan
- Work with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to realize them
- Influence financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain
- Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance
- Identify areas for process improvement across supply chain
- Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics
- Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes
**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
- 4-6 years of experience
- Cost and Inventory accounting experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
- Experience as Finance or related business partner
- Advanced English is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Compliance background and experience
