- Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- Contribute new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
- Conduct market research, prepare presentations and develop proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurer coverage policies to meet client needs.
- Support commercial teams in bids and renewals.
What you need to have
- Be an undergraduate student.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. A third language will be an asset.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
