The tasks of the Talen Acquisition & Advancement Partner include delivering and implementing strategy within the area of responsibility and in alignment with Group directives and the HR strategy. In this role you will define, implement and continuously optimize HR processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy, and procedures.

**This position reports to**:
Talent HUB Lead South America

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in area of functional specialty.
- Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function.
- Proposing, developing and helping to implement special programs.
- Using and updating various systems that aid with functional processes and procedures, including recommending changes to functionality and assisting in implementation/upgrades.
- Aiding HR cross-functional initiatives.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in senior positions carrying out selection processes at a professional and managerial level in multinational companies and/or prestigious consultancies with regional or global services (essential).
- Experience in recruiting and selecting/ providing talent search services for other countries at the regional level (professional and managerial level positions).
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits.
- Knowledge and management of CRM platforms (Phenom, Workday, etc).
- Advanced level of English (must)
- Experience in influence and consulting to leaders.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
