**Position**:Operations Manager Full time, Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operations, planning, organizing, and executing the company's operational strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate internal processes and procedures, including project management, financial planning, and human resources.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operations.
- Analyze data and generate reports on operational performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of operations staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
- Experience in using Yelp and GMB for Reputation Management responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in reputation management, digital marketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to craft professional and persuasive responses to online reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with online survey tools and data analysis.
- High attention to detail and organization.
