**What You Will Do**

The ATR Team Lead is responsible for leading, managing and measuring the performance of end-to-end service delivery in the Account To Report (ATR) process areas for MRCs serviced. Involvement in management of day-to-day local site operations; and work closely with related stakeholders to ensure the financial statements of the MRCs are compliance, accurate and healthy:

- Key Responsibilities***
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the department including work allocation, scheduling, establishment of timelines and other related activities.
- Develop and implement A2R policies and procedures and ensure compliance as administered in GS FINANCE-China.
- Ensures the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate operating/financial statements to both internal management and external users. Monitors and facilitates month end and year-end close activities.
- Provide analysis and interpretation of results, along with the preparation of financial and operating reports to provide a basis for management planning and operating controls.
- Provide accounting and process support to BUF on business initiatives and others ects.

**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- At least University degree in a finance related disciplines
- At least 4 - 6+ years of experience in the A2R function
- Good capability to read, write and speak English and Chinese fluently
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, concepts (both USGAAP and Local GAAP) and operation process
- Familiarity with SAP and/or ERP system working framework, Excel
- Desired Qualifications
- Obtained Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification is desired (eg. CPA/ACCA/CMA)
