We are hiring the best talent for a Sales Manager to be located in Lima, Perú. (Relocation not applicable).

**Purpose**:
Responsible for lead Ethicon and Biosense Webster team in Perú. The Sales Manager will be responsible for drive business objectives through development of the reporting team member and growing market share in a profitable way. He/she will have to collaborate closely with the Marketing team, Access and ProfEd.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for People management (promotions, incentives recognitions, talent, career and provides motivation as needed).
- Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
- Alignment and flawless execution of the BU strategies in the region.
- Allocates, adjusts, and controls resources as needed (selling costs and HCs).
- Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all national, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
- Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information with strong collaboration of marketing team. Provides account support and administration to gain market share and/or increase company products.
- Track and support our sales force activities to ensure our goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for sales growth on both a group and individual level.
- Prepares and controls quota for a region and/or business unit.
- Leads specific internal and external sales initiatives or projects to improve sales performance.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and functional areas to guarantee the success of the goals and the implementation of the sales plan.
- Provides information and participates the business plan aligned with ProfEd, Training, CLS, Supply Chain.
- Identifies new opportunities and maximizes use of budgeted selling costs and CAPEX investment according to territory.

**Qualifications**
- Level of Education required: University Degree; MBA is highly desirable.
- 6 years of work experience in sales.
- Successful track record in selling/marketing, preferably within a HealthCare environment.
- Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company, preferred in Medical Devices industry. Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business partners in a highly matrixed environment.
- Fluent English.
- Validated ability to manage complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances.
- Strongly involved in strategic and tactical work every single day requiring being able to quickly zoom in and out.
- Strong communication & influencing skills. Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal partners. Self
- awareness and flexibility.
