**The Role**

The IT Process Owner is responsible for the management and optimization of IT processes within an organization. This role involves overseeing process implementation, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, and continuously improving them to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain IT process documentation.
- Monitor and analyze process performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and compliance with processes.
- Implement and manage agile methodologies and project management.Train and support teams in the adoption of new processes and tools.

**Who You Are**

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**:

- Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
- Capacity to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Oral and written communication skills, in both Spanish and English (intermediate level).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.

**Personal Competencies**:

- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in IT process management or similar roles of no less than 4 years.Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Scrum, or other project management methodologies are valued.
