**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Dental Data & Reporting Specialist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the practice by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting patient-related data from multiple systems to uncover trends, highlight opportunities for growth, and provide valuable insights to internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong communication skills, and is familiar with the dental industry or healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection & Preparation**
- Gather, clean, and organize patient data from systems such as PMS (Curve) and other relevant platforms
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data across all reports and tracking sheets

**Data Review & Reporting**
- Analyze reports such as deactivated patient lists, new patient onboarding, case acceptance trends, daily production, and patient interest reports (e.g., Invisalign promotions)
- Identify and highlight anomalies, trends, and actionable opportunities

**Growth & Opportunity Analysis**
- Use data to surface opportunities for patient base growth and improvements in service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize based on data-driven insights

**Communication & Outreach**
- Conduct patient outreach when needed, including data verification or follow-up based on report insights

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of tech comfort — able to quickly learn and navigate new platforms
- Basic data management experience using Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiarity with pivot tables and basic data formulas is a plus
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
- Canadian dental insurance knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a strong advantage
- Strong work ethic and the ability to manage tasks independently
