**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.based leader in home remodeling, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented **Architectural Project Developer** to manage the pre-construction phase of remodeling projects. This role encompasses all tasks necessary to move a project from concept to the start of construction. The developer will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating internally and externally, and ensuring that all project elements are ready for a smooth construction phase.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all pre-construction activities from project entry into Buildertrend to construction handoff.
- Develop and deliver highly detailed architectural plans and drawings for technicians, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to guide them through selections of fixtures, finishes, and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and permitting personnel, to ensure timelines are met and all project elements align.
- Ensure all scopes of work, schedules, and details are clear and well-documented in company platforms.
- Proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to finalize pending details and approvals.
- Ensure that all pre-construction tasks are completed on time, and all project information is accurately entered into Buildertrend.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience **in architectural plan development or a similar role.
- **Expertise in CAD software **(e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. construction and remodeling standards is a plus.
- Resides in Lima, Peru.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Preferred**:

- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in remodeling or interior design projects.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: S/. 2,550 per month during the 2-month trial period, increasing to S/. 3,050 after the trial period.
- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
- Paid U.S. holidays.
- Paid vacations.
