**Qué esperamos que hagas**:

- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de redes sociales para conectar con nuestra comunidad en Perú.
- Ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital como programas de referidos y acciones con influencers y creadores de contenido.
- Crear contenido en video tanto para canales de comunicación orgánicos como paid media.
- Impulsar, acompañar y desarrollar nuestra comunidad en Perú.
- Ser el nexo entre la comunidad local y el equipo global, aportando insights.
- Monitorear y analizar los KPIs para que cada acción sea más estratégica.
- Estar al tanto de tendencias locales y buscar oportunidades para que Lemon siga marcando la diferencia. Gestionar consultas y comentarios de la comunidad, siempre con empatía y buena onda.
- **Requisitos**:
Estos son algunos de los requisitos que esperamos para este rol:

- Bachiller en Marketing, Comunicación y/o afines.
- 2 años de experiência ejecutando y gestionando campañas de redes sociales: Instagram, TikTok y Twitter
- Idealmente posee experiência en Marketing Digital de tendencias
- Mentalidad analítica: manejo de herramientas de análisis
- Experiência trabajando con influencers y/o agencia de influencers Actuar como puente entre marcas y creadores para garantizar asociaciones exitosas
