We also have a bookkeeping business line that is rapidly growing headed toward managing the book of 20-40 diverse clients in the next year.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping operations of **RS Consulting’s clients**, ensuring the delivery of high-quality **bookkeeping/accounting services.**:

- Perform regular bank reconciliations for client accounts.
- Prepare and send invoices on behalf of clients, monitor accounts receivable.
- Process vendor bills and manage payables for clients.
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and generate detailed reports for clients (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
- Track expenses and prepare monthly financial summaries for clients.
- Assist clients with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide support for client budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial tasks.

**Skills**:

- Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Proficient in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) is a plus
- Experience with bank reconciliations, A/R, and A/P
- Strong financial reporting skills (P&L, balance sheets, summaries)
- Knowledge of tax prep support and compliance basics
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication with clients
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with service-based companies
- Advanced English (required)
- Reliable internet connection (required)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**: 9 am - 6 pm EST (1 hour lunch break)

Pay: S/.3,160.00 - S/.3,495.00 per month
