**Junior HR Manager (LATAM)**

**About the Role**

Due to the international growth of the company, we are expanding our HR team & looking for a **Junior HR Manager (junior specialist)** with a good theoretical knowledge of basics in HR practice and a small experience in recruitment, who is ready to learn and become a part of the international team.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform the documentation support (create documents using the existing samples, fill in the time sheets, update the samples if needed etc.);
- Participate in the updating of the HR knowledge base (Confluence),
- Participate in the creation and description of HR processes, as well as guides for the employees; adapting the existing processes for the LATAM team;
- Participate in internal HR project tasks.

**As a part of your career growth in future you’ll be included into the following processes**:

- Performance Review once a year; conduct of meetings on individual development plans;
- Onboarding process of the commercial and operations employees; conducting Welcome Training;
- Participate in solving the issues of the commercial and operations employees, career consulting;
- Organize the trainings and corporate events, maintain corporate culture;
- Participate in HR assessments, surveys and analytics.

**Requirements**:

- English (to communicate with the HQ team), Spanish or/and Portuguese skills B2 and higher (to communicate with the LATAM team);
- Proven work experience as a HR Administrator/HR Manager/Recruiter for at least 6 months;
- Knowledge of methods and platforms for international hiring;
- Solid ability to conduct initial (first and second level) interviews (questionnaire screening, video interviewing, reference check etc.);
- Solid ability to follow internal processes and create the new ones;
- Enthusiasm for HR operations and recruitment with the desire to grow within the field.

**Nice to Have**
- Bachelor in Psychology, Human Resources or related field;
- Experience in recruiting commercial and operations positions;
- Understanding the nature of labor contracts, freelance contracts (contractor’s agreements), taxation in LATAM countries;
- Experience in the international IT startup environment.

**Terms of Cooperation**
- Freelance contract based, monthly stable payment in USD (base salary + KPI);
- Five day work week, full time;
- Fully remote;
- Work in the international projects using the most modern technologies;
- Report to the Lead HR Manager and be part of the HR department.
