Assistant Project Manager

**AECOM is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work in Lima, Peru.**

**The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to**:
- In partnership with the Project Manager, you will assist in leading the project team (Architects & Engineers), or multiple teams in the delivery of a wide range of projects- Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications- Reviewing contracts and sub-contracts and assisting to manage subcontractors- Monitoring project financials and reporting to the Project Manager- Assist in leading calls with project team and preparing meeting minutes- Assist with client meetings and preparing meeting minutes- Developing and maintaining design schedules for approval- Resolving client review comments with the project team- Assist in preparing project design review presentation.- Maintain action items and request for information to the client- Resolving field-initiated questions with the technical design team- Coordinating and directing activities among the design groups- Participating and attending design review meetings and recording meeting minutes and tracking action items- Coordinating the development of project deliverables with the design team- Participating in building and maintaining a positive client relationship.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering + 2 years of related experience and/or education- Experience in developing design reports, drawings, and specifications-
- Experience in managing subcontractors- Experience in services during construction, including answering RFI’s and reviewing submittals- Ability to be client facing and lead client discussions.

- Intermediate or higher level of English.
