Role Summary
The APM will support the Project Management team in coordinating and administering construction projects. This position focuses on managing documentation, scheduling, and communication between all stakeholders. You'll handle RFIs, change orders, procurement of submittals, and permit scheduling. This is primarily an administrative role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and clarify discrepancies with project stakeholders
Manage RFIs, purchase order change orders, and procurement of submittals
Handle project documentation and ensure timely completion of paperwork
Schedule structural inspections and final Certificate of Occupancy appointments
Manage permit scheduling and ensure compliance with timelines
Utilize scheduling software to maintain accurate project timelines
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination
Experience preparing project estimates
Advanced English
Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
Familiarity with project management tools like SAGE (Corecon) or Procore
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Location: Remote (Mexico, Guatemala city, Lima - Perù)
