**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the attention of Incidents, Changes and Service Requirements on the Intel infrastructure, following the ITIL methodology.

Plan and execute patches on VmWare & Windows servers.

Perform Health Checking on VmWare & Windows computers.

Correct desviations and vulnerabilities detected onVmWare & Windows equipment.

Prepare work plans, managerial and technical reports on compliance with operating standards and configurations of operating systems, and hardware in charge.

Carry out analysis of the capacity and demand of the technological infrastructure in charge, generating solutions and recommendations.

Carry out other functions related to or complementary to the position assigned by their immediate Leader.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
