Job SummaryEstamos buscando al mejor profesional para el puesto de Customer Service Representative, para formar parte del equipo IFF. El rol es responsable del proceso de pedido end to end para garantizar el cumplimiento de pedidos a tiempo tanto locales como de exportación, coordinación de reclamos de los clientes., resolución de problemas operativos, seguimiento oportuno del cumplimiento de pedidos con colaboración multifuncional y comunicación proactiva con los clientes, e impulso de la mejora continua del proceso y trabajo en equipo con las demás áreas de soporte.

El puesto Customer Service Representative tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:

- Gestionar las órdenes de compra end to end, de clientes locales o de exportación (desde el ingreso de pedidos al sistema, el seguimiento en tiempo y forma, la asistencia con la información de estatus al cliente, a la facturación y despacho).
- Gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera oportuna y con información precisa, coordinando junto con las áreas correspondientes.
- Procesar los reclamos en el sistema y hacer el seguimiento, hasta culminar el proceso.
- Ingreso de solicitudes de notas de crédito, retorno de materiales, entre otros.

Los requisitos para el puesto para el puesto son:

- Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en Servicio al Cliente y posiciones similares.
- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado (deseable).
- Excel Intermedio - Avanzado (deseable).

- Conocimientos en comercio nacional e internacional - Conocimiento experto de las herramientas de MS Office - Conocimientos en SAP - Habilidades de comunicación fluidas en inglés de negocios - Habilidades de comunicación efectiva en todos los níveles de la organización - Habilidades de gestión de proyectos - Habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas - Altamente colaborativo y jugador de equipo - Conciencia intercultural - Conocimiento de Incoterms.
