You will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to our organization’s personnel and making sure our remote work environment is the best ever

**Typical Tasks**
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Lead the team towards the company’s goals and objectives
- Implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local and national regulations regarding work contracts and conditions
- TOOLS: a good computer with at least 15″ screen and good internet connection
- Very good level of reading and comprehension in English (knowledge of another EU language is a plus)
- Good Multitasking and prioritization aptitudes
- Wisdom, logical reasoning and research skills
- Patience, courtesy and service awareness
- Good eye for small details
- Dynamic and swift
- Self discipline and concentration required to succeed in working from home
- Ability to work independently with limited support, using independent judgment and discretion
- Responsibility
- Integrity and honesty
- Proficient in MS Office, Google workspace, Social Media (LinkedIn)
- +1 year of experience as a Human Resources Manager and/or training or equivalent (a must)
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices (a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month
