**SDZ (Support Technologies and Services LTD)** is a high-level customer support outsourcing company. We build meaningful connections between fintech companies and their traders.

Now we are looking for a Senior Shift Specialist to join our support team.

We speak 20 languages and help our clients reach users' needs and help them to understand all the peculiarities of the platform.

We provide our services 2/2 day-day/night-night schedule (it means that you provide services for two days from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm, then you have 2 days off, after that you provide services for two nights from 10.00 pm to 10.00 am, then 2 days off) — GMT+3, Cyprus time

**We are looking for a person who**:

- Writes and speaks the English language fluently.
- Has a stable Internet connection and follows a schedule meticulously.
- Is able to communicate effectively with our clients and is able to determine the needs of a particular user.
- Is not afraid of difficulties.

**Your future responsibilities**:

- to distribute the workload of the Support team in different channels of communication;
- to monitor the workload of the shift in the online manner;
- to maintain the service level and other KPIs of the Support team;
- to reply to urgent requests of multi-language Support operators (up to 30 people in the shift);
- to report technical problems and communicate with the technical team to solve them.

**What about payment**:
We offer 1400 Euro as a monthly fee (freelance contract ~ 165 hours per month).
