En Culqi seguimos creciendo y nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Tech Suppor, quien será encargado de encontrar soluciones a los problemas o incidencias en la plataforma de Culqi reportados por las otras áreas, ya sea resolviendo tales problemas directamente, o derivándolos con el squad correspondiente. **Principales Funciones** - Diagnosticar las incidencias que se presentan en la plataforma de Culqi usando las herramientas que se tienen a su disposición (ej: Metabase, consulta de base de datos, Postman), así como mediante consulta a los distintos miembros del equipo de tecnología. - Proponer y ejecutar soluciones a las incidencias. - Redactar las respuestas que se darán al cliente Culqi respecto a la solución o estado de una incidencia, cuidando mantener una buena relación con el cliente. - Identificar incidencias que puedan tener una "causa raíz" subyacente y comunicarla a su Tech Support Leader. **Requisitos Mínimos** - Egresado de la carrera de computación e informática (developer). - Con conocimientos de SQL y MongoDB (nível básico o intermedio). - Con conocimientos de herramientas de consumo de API's, por ejemplo Postman, SoapUI, etc. - Con disposición para atender tickets de Incidencia y habilidades comunicativas para coordinar con equipos de Atención al Cliente (Customer Care).
