Sales Managers/customer Support

Wagner Consulting, Language Service, a leading translation, interpreting, and localization company, with customers on six continents and a growing global reputation, is currently seeking experienced sales professionals to further expand our business in North America and Europe.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- New client outreach, business development, lead generation, maintaining client relations, selling localization solutions and other services to IT, Economy, Political and Business sectors especially to Global Players as well as Medium and Small Sized Companies.
- Selling the services / products of the client according to the client´s price list to the client's customers and / or leads.
- Actively research new leads to sell the client's products to and turn leads into customers of the client.
- Calls and online / video meetings with clients, preparing documents for clients
- Preparing handoffs to production reports to client
- Any other task assigned by the Client to the Contractor
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions and products
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
- Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows
- In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
- Promote and educate clients regarding our services
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Team
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
- Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills and the desire to learn more
- Most importantly you must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
