As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at MOD Peru, you will work directly with clients to generate leads, qualify prospects, manage CRM pipelines, and support inbound/outbound sales initiatives. This role is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS campaigns to generate and qualify sales leads. Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tracking. Set appointments and follow up with leads to support the client’s sales team. Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly. Execute scripts and sales workflows effectively, while personalizing communication to each prospect. Support marketing and sales campaigns, tracking KPIs and reporting results weekly. Collaborate with clients during business hours, providing daily updates and proactive communication. Requirements Language: Native or fluent Spanish and English (C 1–C 2 level) proficiency in speaking and writing. Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation— preferably supporting or international clients. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack. Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, working business hours depending on client needs ( 9: 0 0 – 7: 0 0 Lima Time). Workspace: In-office, San Isidro (salary full-time, 4 0+ hours per week)
