The country Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all Financial Planning and Analysis activities and support the business in financial decisions and projects for Human Health and Medical/LCM business units, is accountable for company yearly Forecast, Budget process, for monthly reporting and analysis procedure.

**Main responsibilities**:
Lead the local forecasting process with all the stakeholders and prepare presentations to the leadership team.
Support the leadership team to establish goals and accurate metrics to measure the performance of the Company’s businesses. Assess cost and expenses optimization opportunities, price-volume analysis, ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives. Ensure high quality implementation of the initiatives.
Timely submission of forecast and budget financial package to the regional office, including all deliverables with clear comments and explanations in Formal Presentations
Supervise the monthly closing and prepare monthly financial package and ad-hoc reports in collaboration with the Business Support Center, ensuring financial interpretation and quality insights for leadership team decision-making.
Partner with different stakeholders within Peru MSD human health organization, providing support in all relevant aspects of financial planning, reporting and analytics
Support the demand planning team with the creation and execution of demand plans, maintain the close cooperation with MSD partners and commercial teams.
Assist local leadership team in preparation of business review and similar internal and external meetings, prepare weekly, monthly and various ad-hoc reporting to finance and senior management
Collaborate with pricing strategies business cases
Maintain an effective planning and analysis process, to provide appropriate analytical tools to all relevant stakeholders.
Close collaboration with the commercial team to develop the budgets/forecasts and track sales actuals.
Support continuous Gross to Net optimization and provide recommendation to country leaders.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures addressing internal controls and Audit requirements.
Contribute to country ongoing business development projects.
Understand business needs, as well as leading practices, to develop & design processes to drive efficiency and value to the business
Maintain close contacts with both Finance and business stakeholders to understand the business needs
Set-up of all critical FP&A processes with a lean and innovative approach
Provide decision support to management through and outside of planning cycles

**Requirements**:
University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economist. MBA or other Masters/PhD in Business, Finance, Science or Engineering is a plus.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Accounting and financial management knowledge required. Controller and international experience is a plus.
Advanced English level.
Postion will be based in Peru. Relocation could be considered.
