Now we’re looking for **Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Specialist**,** you’ll be a part of our Global **Perú Team.** **Mission** As Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to customers throughout all stages of the pre-sales process for cybersecurity solutions. The primary objective is to understand the customer's needs, identify security risks, and recommend suitable solutions that protect the organization's systems and data. The Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Specialist works closely with the sales team and security vendors in Noventiq Portfolio to design technical proposals, deliver demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responisibilities** Analyze customers' cybersecurity needs and assess associated risks. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical and commercial proposals that address customer requirements. - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of cybersecurity products and solutions to potential clients. - Provide specialized technical advice on products, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity. - Prepare technical documentation such as solution specifications, risk assessment reports, and technical proposals. - Participate in the planning and execution of proof-of-concept and pilot projects. - Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. - Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and advancements and maintain a deep understanding of the company's offered products and solutions. - Participate in security-related events and conferences to promote the company's brand and establish relationships with potential clients. - Provide post-sales support to customers, resolve technical inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Specialist, Cybersecurity Consultant, or similar roles. - In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security technologies, and industry standards. - Familiarity with cybersecurity products and solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus, encryption, authentication, identity and access management, etc. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly and concisely. - Ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively with the sales team, security engineers, and other technical professionals. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed and prompt decisions. - Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ will be considered an advantage. - Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively **What we offer**: - Working in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 65+ countries; - An inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day. **Linkedin: LaraMiñones /HR Recruiter
