If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We're on the lookout for a motivated Learning and Development Intern who is eager to dive into the world of training. This role offers an incredible chance to gain hands-on experience in crafting training programs for over 100+ locations spanning across 20+ countries. If you're ready to embark on a journey where your creativity and love for travel converge, then this internship is tailor-made for you" **Job specification**: - Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies; - Assist in the creation and design of e-courses and workshops; - Assist in the design of branded content and supporting strategies; - Assist in the organization and management of L&D materials; - Monitor ongoing L&D projects and deliveries; - Participate in conducting surveys and gathering data for evaluation of training projects; - Assist the L&D managers with administrative tasks of the department. **Requirements**: - Some background and/or experience in the L&D field/training department; - Strong communication and organizational management skills; - Knowledge of Google Office suites; - Basic data management and analytical skills; - Graphic design understanding a plus; - Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and/or Hebrew a plus. **What can you expect** During your Internship: - Full free access to the Selina CoWork spaces - Your birthday is time off - Cultural events and Wellness activities at Locations - Voluntary Activities - Selina Gives Back - Selina Experience: - 30% OFF Accommodation - 25% OFF Friends and Family - 20% OFF F&B and Retail Upon Completion of your Internship: - Up to 12,500 tokens that you can redeem on a future stay at any Selina around the globe - Certificate of Internship Completion
