**Position Overview**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Troubleshoot connectivity, audio/video, and access issues during interpreter testing and training.
- Offer real-time assistance to users experiencing issues with interpreting or testing platforms (browser setup, microphone, camera, permissions, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, credentials, and access permissions across platforms.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
