The project:
We are looking for ambitious and dynamic project managers and program and project controls practitioners with a background in large civil projects/programs who are hungry for their next challenge. You will be joining a team made up of expats and locals alike - all committed to reducing inequality of the delivery of social services such as education and healthcare and connectivity (roads, telecomms).

You’ll be responsible for:

- Contributes to the development and drive of the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.
- Supports the execution of group-wide delivery plans.
- Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.
- Responsible for day to day running of tactical BAU programmes/initiatives, ensuring quality of outputs in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with the HR and health safety and wellbeing (HSW) functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
- Supports management of relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time, and budget.
- Evaluates and provides reporting on data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
- Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

- Experience and knowledge of health and wellbeing legislation.
- Management/delivery of health and wellbeing projects and programmes and campaigns.
- Knowledge of current health and wellbeing issues and trends.
- Being able to network and share information and knowledge gleaned.
- Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and health safety and wellbeing (HSW).
- Proven experience managing organisational health and wellbeing projects and programmes and achieving results.
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
