Customer Service - In house
**Principales Requisitos**:
- Técnico egresado en las carreras de Comercio Exterior, Administración de Negocios Internacionales, y/o a fines.
- Inglés a nível intermedio (hablado y escrito)
- Experiência en el sector forwarding mínimo 02 años en puesto similares.
**Principales Funciones**:
- Control y gestión de OC
- Gestión & Control de Importaciones: segun fechas requeridas por usuarios y fechas brindadas por el proveedor según modalidad de embarque.
- Garantizar la entrega de los productos de importación cumpliendo las condiciones del Incoterm y políticas de compra. Según parámetros de tiempo establecidos por el cliente.
- Control y gestión de las coordinaciones de las importaciones con el cliente y Geodis.
- Coordinar la nacionalización con el agente de Aduana en las fechas requeridas.
- Coordinar con el almacén de Lima el ingreso de las cargas de importación.
- Asistir a reuniones según programación del cliente y/o Geodis.
- Brindar soporte en Control, análisis y cierres de files operativos.
- Asegurar el ingreso de stocks en SAP en los distintos almacenes.
- Generación de KPIs o reportes solicitados.
**Especificaciones del cargo**:
- Planilla tercerizada, con todos los beneficios de ley, desde el primer día.
- Pagos quincenales y mensuales
- Horario y lugar de trabajo:
- Site del Cliente:
- Horario: 7:30 am a 5:30 pm: Lunes y miércoles la asistencia presencial.
- Site Geodis:
- Horario: 8:30 am - 6 pm: Jueves la asistencia presencial
- Home office: Aplica 02 días martes y viernes
- El Home Office está sujeto a cambios y dependerán de las exigencias de la operación
