**CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**Requisitos**:

- Ingles Avanzado nível oral y escrito
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en posiciones de customer service
- Office Nível avanzado
- Excepcionales habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, junto con una excelente capacidad de escucha
- Experiência previa en ventas con éxito, experiência en el cobro de deudas
- Capacidad para enfrentarse a diario a objeciones y rechazos, y para prosperar con ellos

**FUNCIONES**:

- Realizar llamadas a nuestros clientes, atender las quejas y preguntas.
- Recibir llamadas, correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto, y determinar si el nuevo cliente potencial cumple los criterios de la empresa para el agravio concreto anunciado.
- Registrar información en el sistema.
- Asegurarse de que todas las personas que se ponen en contacto con la empresa en busca de ayuda se conviertan en clientes.

Sueldo: A partir de S/.1,850.00 al mes
