**Estamos buscando un(a)**IT Billing Assurance Engineer**.**
**Ubicación**:El Salvador

**Propósito Principal**:Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de facturación, garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares, y que las facturas reflejen con precisión los servicios prestados y los montos pactados.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Automatizar procesos de control de calidad.
- Analizar datos y preparar reportes (dashboards, presentaciones), generar información requerida por el negocio para la toma de decisiones, auditorias, revisiones, etc.
- Diseñar y programar en PL/SQL.
- Ejecutar controles internos y de cumplimiento SOX para garantizar la emisión de facturas cíclicas y manuales.
- Dar soporte y seguimiento a los escalamientos de ejecutivos que requieren de un apoyo para hacer efectiva entrega de factura o corrección de esta.
- Ejecutar los procesos definidos para validar la calidad de la facturación cíclica y manual de clientes internos y externos mediante la ejecución de los controles establecidos en el proceso de facturación.
- Ejecutar el proceso de generación y entrega de facturación de servicios internos y externos abarcando la preparación de datos, correcciones, extracciones, validaciones y envío de la información de factura a proveedores físicos y digitales externos.

**Requisitos**:

- Graduado en **Ingeniería en Sistemas**o **Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación.**
- Experiência previa **en Operaciones IT.**
- ️ Conocimientos en **programación PL/SQL.**
- **Manejo de Excel**y **análisis de datos.**
- Conocimiento en **sistemas de facturación**_(deseable)_.
