**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and deployments.
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: S/.575.00 - S/.650.00 per day

Work Location: On the road
