En NutriCo, startup peruana de Foodtech, estamos buscando un Customer Success Specialist que se una a nuestro equipo y quiera Re-Evolucionar con nosotros la industria de alimentos.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios técnicos/universitarios concluidos o en lo últimos ciclos de adminitración, comunicación o afines.
- Deseable experiência de 3 meses en algún puesto de ventas, community management o afines.
- Habilidades de organización y presentación
- Amable, empatico(a), proactivo(a) y dinámico(a).
- Contar con disponibilidad de trabajo presencial.
**Principales funciones**:

- Ofrecer los servicios que brinda la empresa mediante llamadas telefónicas.
- Elaborar una propuesta comercial integral que permita cerrar ventas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Gestionar los leads (clientes por web) de manera diaria, a fin de atender consultas de clientes y asegurar la trazabilidad completa.
- Mantener los estándares de satisfación cumpliendo con el NPS y los KBI´S.
- Mantener una tasa de respuesta al 100%
- Realizar otras funciones afines o complementarias, asignadas por su superior inmediato.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 al mes
