El/La
Customer Success Analyst
será responsable de
monitorear la salud de nuestros clientes, analizar datos clave (NPS, uso, engagement) y apoyar la operación diaria del área
.
Además, tendrá contacto directo con clientes para levantar información y coordinar seguimientos en conjunto con los equipos internos.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Levantar insights
a partir de encuestas NPS y métricas de satisfacción para identificar oportunidades de mejora y prevenir riesgos. - Mantener actualizados los dashboards de salud del cliente
(uso de producto, engagement, churn risk) para asegurar visibilidad y una toma de decisiones basada en datos. - Documentar y analizar casos de churn o riesgo
, elaborando recomendaciones para mejorar la retención. - Coordinar con Soporte, Implementación, Facturación y Producto
, así como con clientes, para asegurar continuidad operativa y una experiencia sin quiebres.
Formación
- Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines.
Experiencia
- 1 a 2 años en Customer Success, soporte, análisis de datos o roles afines.
- Deseable experiencia previa en empresas SaaS o de tecnología B2B.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Excel intermedio/avanzado
- Manejo de SurveyCate, HubSpot, ChurnZero
- Análisis de datos, reportes, gestión de bases de datos
- Conocimiento básico de procesos de remuneraciones (deseable)
Idiomas
- Inglés básico (lectura y comprensión).
