**What You Will Do**
- Scrum Master, Kenvue Data Platforms is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Data & Analytics product line team We strive to positively impact the trajectory of personal health every day through powerful data and analytics solutions that drive innovation and unlock growth. You will partner closely with multiple Business partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, Data Science and Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to drive innovative data products for end users. Additionally, you will help guide the team to deliver data products through the Agile framework by communicating, coordinating, coaching and facilitating as per the scrum cadence and ceremonies. Working with different stakeholders, you will understand business needs and ensure the team designs/builds solutions to address critical reporting and insight requirements.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Focus on leading all aspects of DevSecOps agile product delivery, manage scope, timelines & prioritization maximizing business value through data products.
- Be an integral part of the DevSecOps team, building and improving next generation data & analytics capabilities.
- Work closely with the Business & Data Analytics leaders to understand needs of the business; clearly articulating the story of value created through data & technology.
- Lead scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups.
- Be an agile coach to the team and pragmatically adopt Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Facilitate internal & external communication & updates, enable effective collaboration.
- Drive healthy & high-quality backlog, user stories, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
- Remove impediments and help the team to become self-organizing and empowered to create, innovate, and make decisions for themselves as one team.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, applied data sciences or other related fields; advanced degree in related fields preferred.
- Scrum master certification, in addition to practical experience in agile framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban).
- 3+ years of scrum master experience delivering Data & Analytics capabilities, preferably in Consumer/Healthcare Goods companies and excellent understanding of business domains.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum/Kanban techniques and artifacts: definition of done, user stories, automated testing, key metrics & measures.
- Expert in using JIRA, Confluence and full Atlassian stack to effectively manage sprints, milestones and deliver prioritized roadmaps.
- Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Data & Analytics DevSecOps space & concepts: cloud technologies, data ingestion & integration, lakes & data mesh, visualization, analytics, ML/AI.
- Proven track record being part of multiple high-profile projects with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with defined resources.
