**Role Objective**:

- Rol a cargo de la desarrollar la estrategia de marca en Rappi Chile, con un scope 360 en torno a acciones online, offline y el business as usual del área de Growth Marketing.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liderar la construcción y puesta en marcha de una estrategia de posicionamiento para Rappi en Chile dentro del corto, mediano y largo plazo.
- Llevar la relación con las distintas áreas locales y líderes de las verticales de Rappi, con el fin de acompañar los planes del negocio (Rappi Prime, Turbo, Restaurantes, Supermercados, entre otras).
- Apoyar en los procesos de planning creativo y de comunicación de todas las campañas impulsadas por áreas de adquisición, growth, Prime y CRM.
- Colaborar desde la estrategia de marca en la planeación de contenido con influenciadores junto con la Influencer Lead del área.
- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar campañas de medios, activaciones BTL, sponsorships, así como también la coordinación y control de material POP.
- Manejo de redes sociales: community management y estrategia consistente con plan de marca.
- Responsable de los briefs de campañas locales y la supervisión de los artes y piezas que se produzcan para el mercado chileno.

**Key Requirements**:

- Egresado/a de Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.
- Experiência profesional de hasta 1 año en roles vinculados a branding o con estudios enfocados en el área.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de Google Workspace.

- Perfil proactivo con buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales, capaz de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico, apasionado por el trabajo en equipo y con espíritu emprendedor capaz de tomar cualquier tipo de desafío.
