**What you’ll be doing**:
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our client’s marketing solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and effective outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve overall sales performance.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in an outbound sales role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Deep understanding of sales best practices and techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- **Proficiency in written and spoken English.**:
- Must have experience working in digital marketing sales.
- Home services niche experience preferred
**Position**: Outbound Sales Specialist
**Remote Status**: Fully Remote
**Preferred Location**: Global
**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST
**Salary**: USD 800 - USD 1200 per month
