**Company Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and triage work orders, assigning them to appropriate vendors or in-house teams.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance with contractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers, handymen, roofers) while organizing tenant access.
- Review and audit contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and maintain proper financial records.
- Communicate repair updates to clients, including completion photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralize all maintenance-related communication and train tenants on how to report issues effectively.
- Implement designated contractor scheduling days to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Buildium, Tenant Turner, LeadSimple, Ninety, Instagram, and RingCentral to streamline daily tasks and communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or property management.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**:Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Pay: S/.3,560.00 - S/.3,915.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
