**Responsibilities**:

- Research and follow up on DeFi & POS projects on the trading platform. Communicate and collaborate with different project parties, provide feedback promptly, and offer suggestions.
- Develop and implement strategies and best practices to positively impact customer experience.
- Provide continuous feedback to our engineering and product teams based on customer input and your insights to enhance our technology and services.
- Collect market research, gather and organize information about the POS & DeFi field, and write relevant research reports.
- Build good communication and relationships with different communities and teams at home and abroad. Provide timely feedback and advice on project parties and community groups. Actively promote communication and cooperation with project parties.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of work experience in the blockchain industry, preferably in DeFi& POS related company. Have a good understanding of the blockchain industry and excellent industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently. Quickly understand and master business knowledge and adapt to high-intensity and changing work states.
- Fluent Chinese and English reading and language skills with strong communication. Actively coordinate various cooperative relationships, and express clear and logical ideas.
- Collaborative and can work well with communities and other teams to cooperate and communicate.
- Serious work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and resistance to high-pressure work.
