**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Travel & Support Consultant** to join our client’s customer support team and help deliver outstanding service to customers across EMEA. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and ideally experience in the travel industry, this is your opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic company.
**Responsibilities**
- Create new bookings using Sabre GDS and other booking platforms
- Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries (experience with **Sabre GDS** is a plus)
- Manage and update customer information in CRM platforms
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English** (written and spoken) - C1 level or above
- Minimum **2 years of experience in customer service**:
- Proven experience working with **CRM platforms**:
- Experience in the **travel industry** is a plus
- At least 2 years experience with the Sabre GDS booking system
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely in an international team
**What We Offer**
- Fully remote position - work from anywhere within EMEA time zones
- 1 month as freelance, then possibility to enter to planilla
- **S/ 2,400 fixed monthly salary + up to S/ 400 in performance bonuses**:
- Possibility of extra benefits after 1 year of work
- Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Peru Time)
