**Propósito de la Posición**:
Asegurar la planificacíón de los pedidos a nível nacional, asi como garantizar la liquidación de los documentos contables como facturas clientes, marcajes.
**Un día en la vida de...**
- Visualizar y rutear los pedidos digitados en SAP a travez del cokpit de transportes.
- Implementar y mantener actualizado el uso de herramientas de planificacion, herramientas de visualización y seguimiento de planificacion y entrega
- Asignar camiones para el despacho y entrega de mercadería a clientes considerando la cantidad de clientes, zona de reparto, peso y volumen..
- Evaluar y proyectar la necesidad de camiones para satisfacer el requeimiento de acuerdo al crecimiento del volumen de venta en los diferentes canales.
- Coordinar y definir con las empresas de transportes los horarios de carga de camiones, considerando las ventanas horarios de los clientes.
- Cargar los documentos contables a la plataforma, informar a Creditos y Cobranza sobre diferencias de marcajes.
- Capacitar a los proveedores con las herramientas de liquidaciones ( plataformas) que maximicen el uso de SAP, verificando el cumplimiento de todos los procesos para garantizar la cobranza a nuestros clientes.
- Monitoreo y seguimiento de los vehículos en ruta.
**Lo que te hará exitoso**:
- **Formación Académica**: Administración, Ingenieria Industrial.
- ** Experiência**: - Experiência mínima 1 año en posiciones similares, con enfoque en gestión Logística, administración de flotas de Transporte, análisis de costeo y ruteo de unidades de Planificación
- Conocimiento de la legistacion tributaria.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel, SAP y Power BI.
