**Change Management - Service Business Process Owner**:

Demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry, and extensive experience in a similar role. Be an expert in realization of our business's long-term objectives.

**This position reports to**:
Local BU Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads the execution of necessary process changes, defining and tracking implementation plans and ensuring user adoption, business case realization and management support.
- Follow up on the KPI's of the process to identify the needs for continuous improvement of the process. Implementation and governance of processes.
- Ensure and support the implementation of the process throughout the organization.
- Collaborates with other service business process owners to ensure alignment. It facilitates the implementation of business processes in ABB domains.
- Ensures change management, communication plans and stakeholders, management within all relevant stakeholders.
- Drives change management by quantifying the value to the user and customer of the process.
- Collaborates with relevant management to ensure acceptance of the process(es) and drive their implementation.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanic, Industrial or related Engineering.
- Experience in influencing teams and driving changes Management, process optimization, productivity (MUST).
- L6S Certification and complementary certifications.
- Availability to travel 20%.
- Intermediate (MUST) or advanced English level (desirable)
