Representante de Ventas Internas (Inside Sales Representative)

El Representante de Ventas Internas interactuará con clientes existentes, principalmente por teléfono y correo electrónico, para incrementar las ventas de los productos y/o servicios de la empresa mediante la obtención y venta adicional de pedidos, generando satisfacción en los clientes y aportando valor a su experiencia de compra. Este puesto se enfocará en técnicas de venta proactivas para captar nuevos negocios o ampliar la cartera de cuentas actuales. El Representante de Ventas Internas colaborará con el equipo de ventas externas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

Descripción detallada: A continuación, se listan las principales funciones y responsabilidades requeridas para este puesto, en orden de importancia (generalmente de 4 a 6 responsabilidades clave):

Gestiona pedidos a través de correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas, verifica y registra los artículos, transfiere órdenes al área de cumplimiento, explica faltantes de stock y fechas estimadas de entrega.
