Inside Sales Specialist

San Isidro Office, Peru / On-site

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of existing customer accounts through proactive engagement and solution alignment. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to renew, expand, or optimize current solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, or cross-sell.
  • Proactively engage with customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure seamless service and support.
  • Track and report on account performance, renewal status, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in (retail, hospitality, technology, SaaS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
