Misión:
Garantizar la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de metodologías de compras en su país, liderando la ejecución de tareas administrativas y transaccionales coordinando al equipo local y resolviendo incidencias para asegurar un nivel de servicio adecuado y alineado con los objetivos.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Bachiller o Titulado de Ing. Industiral, Administración de Empresas o Ing. de sistemas.
- Contar con Cursos en Supply CHain o Economía (Deseable)
- Contar con 4 años de experiencia en el área de Compras, preferentemente en mejora de procesos de Compras.
- Contar con conocimiento en manejo de sistemas de gestión de compras,compras y Abastecimiento.
¿Cuáles serán tus retos?
- Asegurar la aplicación de las metodologías de ejecución definidas para garantizar procesos homogéneos.
- Calcular y reportar KPIs operativos críticos para asegurar eficiencia y estandarización de precios.
- Supervisar la ejecución de compras y tareas administrativas del equipo para garantizar eficiencia y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Coordinar con Categories Leaders de compras para asegurar un nivel de servicio interno adecuado y a tiempo, según las necesidades locales.
- Coordinar y asegurar la correcta implementación local de iniciativas y acciones estratégicas definidas.
- Identificar, resolver, y en caso necesario, escalar, incidencias en la operativa del POC local.
- Coordinar con finanzas para proceder al pago de proveedores a tiempo.
- Coordinar con proveedores para la recepción de información en caso necesario.
- Negociar compras spot locales (no recurrentes).
- Atender compras de urgencias y emergencias en coordinacion con los Categories Leader.
