INTUNE SUPPORT

  • +6 years of experience in the posicion
  • SCCM/Intune Works with baseline security team to create applications packages for SCCM and/or Intune application deployments
  • Works with the baseline security team to update or build patching updates for servers, and endpoint windows devices, including device driver updates for user endpoint devices.
  • Will work with application owners to package applications for both users in the business and OT networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package and deploy enterprise applications using SCCM and Intune (MEM).
  • Convert legacy packages (MSI, EXE, scripts) to Intune-compatible formats (.intunewin).
  • Define detection methods, install/uninstall commands, and dependency rules.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.
  • Manage application lifecycle: updates, superdense, and retirement.
  • Maintain application inventory and documentation.
  • Monitor deployment status and resolve installation failures using logs.
  • Collaborate with IT security and endpoint teams for compliance and standardization.
  • Manage software updates for Microsoft and third-party products.
  • Create deployment packages and monitor compliance.
  • Report on update status and troubleshoot failures.
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  • Maintain SCCM server health, distribution points, boundaries, and site systems.
  • Enforce configuration profiles for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
