Seguimos creciendo, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Sales Support que quiera dar el siguiente paso en su carrera, liderando estrategias comerciales para posicionar nuestra marca como líder en el sector.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

  • Elaborar cartas de presentación y cotizaciones para los clientes en base a las tarifas que provee el área de Pricing en coordinación con los Ejecutivos Comerciales.
  • Coordinar con los ejecutivos comerciales los ajustes requeridos por los clientes para poder llegar a una cotización conveniente.
  • Realizar el seguimiento a los clientes a quienes se les ha enviado una cotización, con el objetivo de concretar la venta de los servicios.
  • Gestionar reuniones con cliente según necesidad de la negociación para el ejecutivo comercial.
  • Ingresar a los sistemas de la empresa o archivos de seguimiento, la información necesaria para mantener actualizada la información de tarifas, cotizaciones y clientes.
  • Brindar soporte administrativo y documentario al equipo Comercial para la atención de clientes, licitaciones y/o concursos.
  • Homologar los clientes nuevos de acuerdo con las certificaciones de Forbis Logistics.

¿Qué necesitas para formar parte del equipo?

  • Egresado de la carrera universitaria de Negocios Internacionales, Administración, Marketing, Comercio Exterior y Economía.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Dominio de inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Dominio de Ms Office a nivel avanzado.
